How it works
We've been looking for senior leaders—such as C-Suite Executives, Heads of Department, Directors, VPs, or Business Unit Leads—working at companies with over 1,000 employees. They're driving measurable social or environmental impact within their organisation, whether through sustainability, DEI, employee engagement, innovation, or other purpose-driven initiatives.
